Based on the 6 key risk factors identified in the HSE Management Standards (Demands, Control, Support, Role, Relationships & Change) this assessment uses a card sort methodology to measure how well teams and organisations are managing the factors that impact on team performance and resilience.
The Keil Centre run interactive workshops with teams to assess the key cultural attributes needed to manage team resilience. The output of the workshop is a quantitative rating of the psychological health culture and a set of actions, that everyone has had the opportunity to contribute toward, to address key issues.
The assessment can also be delivered by company personnel using a ‘train the trainer’ approach’. Using this approach personnel would be trained to run workshops, analyse data and produce reports. There would be the opportunity to compile this data and track changes in engagement and wellbeing as well as highlighting high level themes emerging from the workshops.
