From insights to behavioural flexibility: a new coaching package

Why are my actions not working as I expect them to?  Why am I not as effective as I hope to be?  One of the most commonly reported benefits of coaching is the ability to reflect on patterns of behaviour to achieve behaviour change; it can provide answers to these questions and more like them. 

At The Keil Centre, we are now offering a structured coaching package that maximises the insights that psychometrics can bring to leaders and managers to achieve understanding quickly and to motivate towards targeted action.  Through a maximum of 3 coaching sessions, supported by a comprehensive battery of psychometrics, we offer in-depth and searching personal development feedback and support that truly targets the issues that most matter to you.  We often hear about what psychometrics can do for organisations, in terms of recruitment, for example - this package offers you the chance to experience the benefits for yourself.
