Janette has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in ergonomics. She has 15 years' of practical ergonomics experience within various industries including the emergency services, defence, oil & gas, rail, telecoms and other applications.
Janette is a Fellow of the UK Ergonomics Society and is Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. She was awarded the William F Floyd award in 1999 for her outstanding contribution to ergonomics.
