/ Effective teamwork / Design team reward
methods
An emphasis on team performance, as opposed to individual performance,
is often coupled with redesign of reward methods. In a team context,
individual performance-related reward can be divisive. The Keil Centre
has worked with clients to devise team reward methods which complement
and support teamworking, for example
- Researching state-of-the-art knowledge on teamworking, reward
and motivation to inform and underpin a manufacturing organisation's
new reward strategy
- Membership of a multi-disciplinary, cross-business team tasked
with redesigning reward strategy to include competency-based pay,
team bonus and business gainshare
