Psychometric assessments can be used to measure key abilities, aptitudes,
personality, motivation and interests. Such assessments, when carefully
chosen, administered and interpreted, can be extremely helpful in
staff selection and development.
All of The Keil Centre's psychologists involved in such selection
and development projects have been certified as competent by The British
Psychological Society. They have also undertaken training on a wide
range of psychometric assessments with the major test publishers.
Consequently, our staff can offer independent advice on the selection
and use of psychometric assessments, and on how to ensure the most
appropriate tests are being used. We can also give advice on the range
of training opportunities available.
