An Agenda for the Future-Learning to Learn
A recent Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development research
report on training interventions for the future concluded that:
- Change will continue to be a major influence upon life, especially
life at work
- The most important requirement for the ongoing management of
change is that of "learning to learn"
- Competitiveness and efficiency will demand that management roles
are extended to incorporate the management of learning.
The Keil Centre's Chartered Psychologists combine the latest research
and techniques based on the psychology of learning with the practical
needs of client organisations. We work with organisations to design
conventional training interventions, and provide this where appropriate.
We use our understanding of the psychology of learning to design processes
and activities to enable individuals, work teams and organisations
to meet their objectives. Explore the range of development topics
