Our approach
We aim to go beyond the goal-setting and skills training of traditional
coaching programmes to address the factors that underly the performance
and well-being. We draw on psychological research into personality,
cognition, motivation, behaviour and emotion to understand and improve
the person's functioning.
As an organisation we can provide a range of expertise as well
as flexible design that meets our clients' needs. Our aim is to
deliver what is most useful to the individuals who will have the
opportunity to participate in the programme. We have experience
in adjusting the design and delivery of courses, or 1:1 meetings
to meet changing needs that might occur during the process.
Example of areas that can be covered in sessions are:
- Communication effectiveness
- Understanding/coping with stress
- Managing difficult situations
- Getting the best out of people
- Giving feedback
- Problem-solving
- Decision-making
