A Scottish Chartered Accountant, Jim is adviser on, and
responsible to, the Board for all Financial and Company Secretarial
matters, liaising with external accountants and bankers, and
additionally chairs the monthly Management and Board Meetings.
Having practiced as an independent Business Consultant since
1995, Jim has been working with The Keil Centre since 1996
and additionally currently advises, and has advised, certain
other SMEs in a variety of disciplines such as Building Surveying
and Architecture; Media Buying; Sports Sponsorship and Event
Management; Advertising; Software Development; and IT Contracting.
Prior to setting up his consultancy, Jim held a number of
Board level Financial and Management positions in the Service
Sector with companies such as Jordans and the Saatchi Group.
