Practitioner of the Year Award Shortlist

Our Director, Ken Gray, was shortlisted for the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology's Practitioner of the Year Award, 2010. Ken received the commendation, alongside Louise Clarkson, a former Director of the Keil Centre, for his work with a Scottish Government directorate. Ken and Louise's programme of psychologically based interventions enabled the directorate to implement quick but sustainable and meaningful organisational changes, against a backdrop of coalition government policy, financial pressures and employee scepticism.
