Investors in People Platinum

In 2016 the Keil Centre received the Investors In People (IIP) accreditation at Platinum standard - the first company in Scotland to achieve the highest level of IIP accreditation.

The Keil Centre was assessed as being a “high-performing” across seven of the nine IIP framework indicators. The report highlighted that staff at all levels of the organisation feel motivated to achieve and continually improve, knowing that each individual plays a key role in contributing to the success of the business. This motivation was enhanced by evidence of strong leadership and high levels of autonomy among staff, who feel they are working in a supportive environment with an open and transparent culture. Collaborative working at all levels of the organisation was observed and a true sense of pride in delivering to a high standard, demonstrating that core company values of collaboration, people-focus and professional integrity were deeply embedded across company practices and staff behaviours.

The accreditation was renewed in 2019.
