The Psychologists at The Keil Centre have considerable expertise in delivering 360° feedback coaching for managers. The aim of 360° feedback is for line managers to receive feedback from their manager, subordinates and colleagues on the behaviours that they are perceived to be displaying.
The HSE, in association with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Investors in People, have identified the key manager behaviours that are effective for preventing and reducing stress at work (for more details see http://www.hse.gov.uk/stress/mcit.htm). Managers can be assessed against these behaviours during the 360° feedback process. Alternatively, we can help design a set of behaviours specific to your organisation.
During a coaching session one of our Chartered Psychologists would help the manager to understand their feedback and to identify behavioural strengths as well as areas for development. Based on this knowledge managers would identify 3 to 4 actions that they can commit to in order to improve how they manage psychological health in their team.
